ARKbar Automations – Privacy Policy

What we do
We use Google’s Gmail API to detect new booking emails in our ARKbar Gmail account, upload any attached reservation files to Google Drive, and send an internal LINE notification to staff.
Data we access
Email metadata and content of booking-related messages and their attachments
Basic account email via userinfo.email
Optional label management via gmail.labels
What we don’t do
We do not read or store unrelated mailbox content, analyse inboxes, or sell/share data with third parties.
Use and retention
Data is used only to provide the described automation. Technical logs contain timestamps and scenario IDs for troubleshooting and are purged on a rolling basis.
Security and access
Access is limited to authorised ARKbar staff accounts. No human access to message content unless specifically requested for support.
Data deletion
To request deletion of log data related to this integration, email arkbarmarketing@gmail.com.
